Pheasant Run at Barnegat

This 55 plus Active Adult Community is conveniently located off of the Garden State Parkway Exit 67. It is located in the wonderful town of Barnegat which, in its early days, was one of the leading seaports in the region with glassmaking, ship building and fish being prominent industries. Today Barnegat has an active Historic District with parks, shops, antique centers, and museums. Shopping is very close by in Manahawkin with stores like Target, Costco, BJs Wholesale Club, Walmart, Kmart, Dicks Sporting Goods, Shop Rite, Pathmark, many auto dealerships, restaurants, and so much more. Or you can head over to nearby Toms River where you will find the Ocean County Mall with stores like Sears, Macys, Boscovs as well as hundreds of other stores and shops in the area.

Also close by are the beaches and activities of Long Beach Island. LBI is an 18 mile long island of ocean beaches, bay beaches, all kinds of outdoor activities, and restaurants of every price and flavor. For most people LBI is a vacation destination but it is only minutes away from Pheasant Run.
